At present, the Enterprise Centre is fully let and remains constant.
We are very pleased to welcome Karolyn Pitman, who we recently engaged as a new team member. Karolyn is working alongside Lorraine Renshaw as Centre Manager, Job Share, and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge.

We are looking forward to two new businesses joining us in January. This will mean the Centre will once again be fully occupied. Until very recently, the Centre has remained full hence the lack of updates. We now have just two vacancies despite the inevitable effects of Covid-19. These Units are both starter Units currently at £342 & £490 per calendar month (plus gas/electric) Applications are considered on business suitability at the Centre together with company history & credit checks. The most recent new occupier we welcomed to the WEC is Minerva Communications. Regrettably, my colleague Gill, left the Centre after four years at the end of September and has not yet been replaced. I am hopeful that the New Year will be more settled and consistent. We are however, on the whole still running steadily and happily.

We remain ever hopeful & optimistic that all of our existing businesses are soon able to resume normal service (albeit in a slightly new & different way) The Centre has remained opened throughout the pandemic and imposed Lockdowns with Reception providing its usual service but in a Covid safe way for the protection of its staff and appointed visitors. We are looking forward to seeing those of you return soon, who have been unable to operate or attend the Centre in your usual capacity.
