Now THIS is how you tick boxes properly… ✅💦

Not with a policy document.
Not with a stock photograph.
With a trained operative behind the lance, doing one of the toughest specialist jobs in construction.

As far as we are aware, the woman in this video is currently the only known female hydrodemolition operative in the UK — and quite possibly Europe. That is something we are genuinely proud of at Ammlee Group International. 👏

Women in construction ✅
Proper training and real opportunities ✅
Carbon-neutral operations ✅🌱
Some of the latest HP/UHP equipment available ✅
Lower water consumption and responsible wastewater control ✅
No shortcuts and no pretending ✅

That is a fair few boxes ticked…

But the most important question is: Can she do the job?

Watch the video. That box is well and truly ticked. ✅💪

This isn’t someone holding a lance for a photograph. She is operating serious specialist equipment, removing concrete and doing the work properly.

The construction industry talks endlessly about attracting more women. Talk is cheap. Training people, trusting them with the equipment and giving them the opportunity to prove themselves on real projects is what actually makes a difference.

At Ammlee, nobody is there to make the numbers look good. You earn your place through ability, attitude and hard work — and she has certainly earned hers.

If you require:

💦 Hand-lance or robotic hydrodemolition
🏗️ Concrete removal and repair
⚙️ HP/UHP water jetting
🧱 Surface preparation
🏭 Industrial and shutdown cleaning
♻️ Wastewater recovery and treatment

Ammlee Group International operates throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, with modern equipment, experienced operatives and genuinely carbon-neutral credentials.

If you need the job done properly, send us a message.

Different people. Better equipment. Higher standards. One team.

Another contractor left the site…

Unfortunately, the concrete didn’t leave with them. 😂💦

Ammlee Group International was originally brought in to complete our own hydrodemolition works. The team performed so well that when additional work was left outstanding, we were asked to keep going and finish that too.

No fuss. No drama. No superhero capes—they would only get caught in the Aquajet anyway. 🦸‍♂️🤣

Just experienced operators, modern equipment and a team that understands one simple fact:

Excuses don’t remove concrete.

And when a programme is under pressure, pressure is something we know a little about—approximately 2,500 bar, to be precise. 😉💦

✅ Robotic hydrodemolition
✅ Experienced, specialist crews
✅ Modern UHP equipment
✅ Carbon Neutral Britain certified
✅ UK, Ireland and European coverage
✅ A team that stays until the work is finished

A genuine thank you to WI & A Gilbert and everyone involved on site for the teamwork and confidence placed in Ammlee.

If you’re planning a bridge, highway, marine or industrial project and need a specialist contractor capable of delivering when it matters, speak to us.

Preferably before Plan A becomes Plan “Where the hell have they gone?” 😂☎️

That is not smoke, and the bridge is not on fire.

This is robotic hydrodemolition doing exactly what it was designed to do.

The video shows our robot working through the night, using ultra-high-pressure water to remove concrete in a controlled and selective way.

No breakers battering the structure.
No percussive vibration or microfracturing.
No unnecessary damage to the reinforcement.
No operator standing directly over the point of impact.

It looks aggressive because it is powerful. The skill is in controlling that power—removing exactly what needs to come out without damaging what needs to stay.

That matters on bridges. The objective is not simply to break concrete. It is to protect the existing structure and extend its working life.

Ammlee Group International provides robotic and hand-held hydrodemolition, UHP water jetting, water treatment and experienced crews for bridge decks, bearing replacements, piers, jetties and major concrete repair schemes.

We work nights, restricted possessions and demanding programmes throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe and worldwide.

We are also certified carbon neutral across our services through Carbon Neutral Britain. Not a line added to a brochure—a genuine commitment behind the work we deliver.

If you have a project where precision, programme and protection of the existing structure matter, send us the drawings. We will tell you what is achievable and what it will actually take.

🚧 Removing the road marking is the easy part.

Protecting the carriageway underneath is where the experience counts.

This week, the Ammlee Group International team carried out controlled road marking removal on a live urban highway using specialist high pressure water jetting equipment. 💧

The objective was simple. Remove the existing markings cleanly, keep disruption under control and leave a consistent surface ready for the next stage without unnecessarily damaging the carriageway.

Road marking removal is often treated as a minor part of a highways scheme. That changes quickly when poor removal leaves ghost lines, damages the surface or delays the entire programme.

The correct pressure, tooling, travel speed and operator experience all make a difference.

✅ Controlled and consistent removal
✅ Reduced airborne dust
✅ No harsh chemicals
✅ Surface left ready for the next stage
✅ Carbon neutral operations 🌱

We provide specialist road marking removal and surface preparation for highways, bridges, airports, ports, depots, industrial facilities, car parks and private roads.

🌍 Ammlee can mobilise throughout the UK and Ireland.

Have an upcoming scheme? Send us the location, surface type, approximate quantity and programme and we will advise on the most practical approach.

For those working in highways, what matters most on marking removal works? Speed, surface protection or keeping traffic moving? 👇

100m³ of Concrete. One Global Question: Where Next?

A bridge in Britain.
A port in Morocco.
A power station in Europe.
A major infrastructure project in the United States.

Different locations. Different challenges. The same requirement: removing large volumes of reinforced concrete safely, precisely and efficiently—without damaging the sound structure that must remain.

That is where Ammlee Group International comes in.

We are opening discussions for selected large-scale hydrodemolition and controlled concrete-removal projects worldwide. We are particularly interested in substantial packages involving approximately 100m³ or more.

From Belfast to Boston, Rotterdam to Rabat, we can mobilise our specialist equipment and experienced operational teams anywhere in the world.

Distance is not a limitation. It is simply part of the mobilisation plan.

Our international capability includes:

- Robotic and hand-lance hydrodemolition
- Controlled-depth concrete removal
- Reinforcement exposure without damage
- Bridge decks, piers, abutments and structural repairs
- Marine structures, ports and jetties
- Power stations and major industrial facilities
- Water treatment and supporting concrete repairs
- Specialist UHP pumps, robotic systems and experienced personnel

For major projects, early contractor involvement matters. It gives us the opportunity to assess access, production requirements, water management, logistics and programme constraints before work begins—and to develop the most efficient delivery plan for the project.

Ammlee Group International brings specialist equipment, international mobilisation capability, experienced teams and a carbon-neutral approach to demanding infrastructure projects.

So, I have one question for the engineers, estimators, principal contractors and project directors in my network:

Where in the world is the next 100m³-plus hydrodemolition project?

Comment with the country below, tag someone involved in a major upcoming project, or message me privately if the opportunity is confidential.

The project can be anywhere. If the challenge is significant enough, we are ready to mobilise.

Hydrodemolition uses serious volumes of water — but it does not always need to be wasted.

At AmmLee Group International, we have developed and delivered a closed-loop hydrodemolition water recycling system that allows used hydrodemolition water to be captured, treated and reused safely on site.

The process is controlled, practical and proven.

Instead of constantly drawing fresh water and disposing of large volumes of contaminated wastewater, the water is collected, treated, filtered and returned back into the hydrodemolition process.

Only a limited amount of top-up water is required to replace what is lost through evaporation and what leaves the system bound within the slurry.

That means:

• Reduced fresh water demand
• Reduced wastewater volumes
• Better environmental control
• Less pressure on site drainage and discharge routes
• Improved sustainability on bridge, marine, rail, highways and infrastructure works
• Safer management of hydrodemolition water and slurry

This is not a simple filtration add-on. It requires proper planning, experienced operators, pH control, settlement, filtration, monitoring and a clear understanding of site-specific discharge and environmental requirements.

To the best of our knowledge, AmmLee Group International is the only UK specialist contractor in our field delivering hydrodemolition water recycling successfully and safely as a closed-loop working system.

We are also carbon neutral across our specialist services, supported by Carbon Neutral Britain certification.

For clients, principal contractors and framework teams, this offers a cleaner and more responsible way to deliver high-impact hydrodemolition, concrete removal, UHP water jetting and industrial cleaning works without compromising production.

1.2m³ removed in a normal shift. Not “marketing numbers”. Real production, real structure, real site conditions.

What’s more important to us is how we’re doing it.

We’ve reduced the water usage.
We’ve reduced the operating pressure.
That means less stress on the jetting equipment, lower overall consumption, less waste, and a more controlled removal process while still maintaining the production rates clients expect.

That’s the direction the industry should be moving in.

Anybody can turn the pressure up and flood a site with water. The real challenge is achieving efficient hydrodemolition while reducing environmental impact and protecting equipment longevity at the same time.

At Ammlee Group International, carbon neutral hydrodemolition isn’t a slogan we throw around for Facebook points. It’s built into how we operate on site every day.

Lower water demand.
Reduced waste.
Reduced environmental impact.
No compromise on production

The industry talks enough about sustainability. We’re actually applying it on live projects.

If you’ve got bridge deck repairs, structural concrete removal, hydrodemolition, hydroblasting or specialist concrete repair packages coming up, get in touch.

Ammlee Group International
Saving water.
Saving fuel.
Reducing disposal.
Lowering emissions.
Protecting infrastructure.
Maintaining production.
Setting the standard for carbon neutral hydrodemolition.

No phone numbers down the side. No list of services.
The skull says enough.
If you know it, you know us.

💪 💪 💪 💪 💪 💪 💪 💪

This is our setup ready to go.

Not hired in. Not thrown together the week before a job.

Everything we run is ours, maintained by us, and set up properly before it ever leaves the yard.
Because when you’re dealing with ultra-high pressure, there’s no room for guessing.

We’ve moved heavily into UHP for a reason.

●It gives us:

●more controlled removal

●better consistency on structure

and lower water usage compared to traditional high-pressure methods

Simple better output, less waste.
And that ties directly into how we operate overall.

Every job we deliver is carbon neutral, and where the job allows, we’ll recycle water on site to reduce what’s being taken away and disposed of.

No noise about it, it's just how we work.

There’s a lot of focus across major infrastructure on environmental targets and sustainability, and rightly so.

But the real gains come from what’s actually happening on site the methods being used, the equipment being chosen, and how the work is delivered day to day.

That’s where the difference is made.

If you’re pricing work and want it done properly from the start, we’ll have a look.

Most concrete repairs fail before the repair even starts.
Not because of the repair material.
Not because of the contractor applying it.

Because the removal method was wrong from day one.

Still seeing structures attacked with breakers, scabblers and methods that create vibration, microcracking and unnecessary damage to reinforcement.
It’s fast until it isn’t.

Then you’re left with overbreak, damaged steel, additional repair costs and more programme delays.

That’s why more contractors are moving towards precision hydrodemolition.

Remove only failed concrete
Preserve sound substrate
Expose reinforcement without damaging steel
Create a far better surface for repairs
Reduce unnecessary waste
And with increasing environmental pressure on infrastructure projects, this matters even more.

Lower water usage
