We’re pleased to introduce Sophie Gooch, the new Director of Prism Planning.

Sophie brings 19 years’ experience in planning and environmental consultancy, working across both the public and private sectors on a wide range of complex projects.

Prism operates as an independent planning consultancy within the wider P&K Group, and Sophie will now lead the business into its next chapter — building on its strong reputation for clear, practical advice and helping clients navigate even the trickiest planning challenges.

Great progress is being made on our latest aircraft hangar for Draken at Teesside Airport.

The steelwork is now really taking shape, and it’s always rewarding to see a project like this from a different perspective and appreciate the scale of the build.

A huge thank you to Paul Heasman (Paul Heasman) for kindly providing these fantastic drone images.

We’re looking forward to sharing more updates as the project continues.

At the weekend, our MD Simon Pelly and his better half were invited to celebrate the “49th+1” birthday of James Peck from PX Farms .

The party took place in the family’s famous “Shed of Dreams” – a building we erected in 2024.
Seeing it transformed into such an incredible venue for a special occasion was a fantastic reminder of just how versatile these large agricultural buildings can be.

From machinery storage to memorable celebrations, it’s great to see a building continuing to earn its keep and create lasting memories years after completion.

Happy Birthday James, and thanks for letting us share a glimpse inside the Shed of Dreams!

Great event this week at Diddly Squat Farm Shop for Cereals Event UK thanks to everyone who dropped by and took part in our football game. In particular well done to this young man, Oliver, who smashed our top score on day one to win our YETI cooler with a shot score of 110! Next event and chance to win is Lincolnshire show on the 17th and 18th - can you beat Oliver’s score?
