Completion on the new driveway at the Royston Project

A stunning new driveway completed today which transforms the front of this property’s kerb appeal 😍 but also adds additional parking spaces for my lovely customers 👌🏻🤝

We’ve had some amazing comments from people passing by this project and the photos show why , it’s an unbelievable transformation which my customers are absolutely over the moon with 🫡❤️

We have dug out 32 Tonnes of muck , removed via grab wagons to reduce the front garden down to our foundation🫡 Then installed Geotextile membrane 🫡 Added 15 tonnes of MOT Type 1 at 200mm deep ( proper construction ) 🫡 Followed on with sleepers to retain the edges 🫡 Finished of with a stunning block paved driveway with quadruple border in 2 colours all mitred in , as always 🫡✅

Completion on the Leeds Project ( Apart from the grouting due to the rain ☔️ )

Wow what a weekend , a full garden transformation completed in 2 days and the results are stunning 😍

We were specifically recommended for this project and my customer wanted LCW Groundworks to carry out there works even though we was fully booked , so we managed to squeeze them in over this weekend after they agreed to get the garden dug out prior to us arriving yesterday 👌🏻🫡🤝

We have installed a new Station Iron Porcelain Patio , followed on with a dark Porcelain border around the end of the patio and around the 40mm Artificial Grass. Finished off with 20mm polar white gravel to match the ChatGBT image the customer was wanting 🔥🫡 We deliver as always 🤝

My customer is now having a stepped composite decking area from the back door down to the new stunning garden 😍

Completion at Woolley 😍 Minus a few extras that are been completed next week 🫡

Wow what a stunning transformation for a lovely couple who needed a new patio area but most importantly better access for the lady who’s had a new knee replacement which we achieved with flying colours 🫡😃The old steps was too high and we had a maximum of 150mm per step to work with which was achieved all away around the back of the property 🫡🤝

After removing the existing block paving we discovered a concrete slab that had to be broken up and removed as couldn’t gurantee is stability to lay over it 🫡 Out jobs are built to last 🤝✅

We installed proper Geotextile membrane under the stone as required on this project 🫡✅

9 Tonne of hardcore installed and compacted in 3 layers 🫡✅

Footing in for walls 🫡✅

After all the prep work was completed , we installed a stunning Indian stone patio from the 2026 range called Golden Fossil which matched the property perfectly along with the new stone steps we installed to make everything match lovely 😍👌🏻A block paved border was added as an extra and wow it completely finishes this area off in style🔥

My customers are absolutely over the moon ❤️ As always with LCW Groundworks 🤝

We are back next week to lift the buried mains manhole we found when the new lid arrives along with some new turf to correct the existing lawn levels 🫡

Completion day at The Royston Railway Walk Project 😍🫡🔥

Wow what a lovely project this one has been for a lovely couple 🤝

We enjoyed every second of the Landscaping on this project from planting the new plants to individually laying each white cobble into place 😍

Completion on the Huge Hoyland Project 🥳😍✅

( We are returning in 4-6 weeks to gravel glue the drive once the dust settles allowing the colours to blossom & set the Artificial Grass into the recessed manhole lids which was concreted today ) 🫡

Completion day on the Monk Bretton Project 😍🥳🤝

Today’s completion is 1 of 2 this week with the Huge Hoyland Project completing tomorrow 👀

This Stunning garden transformation has added a clean , modern low maintenance outdoor space to another new build garden 🤩

We have installed raised planter beds , all bolted and braced with marine plywood along the fence line to reduce cost & add durability 🫡 With 3 Tonne of premium screened soil added inside to build the levels up ready for planting 😍

Afterwords installed was the Grade A , 30mm Artificial Grass with a stunning charcoal block paved border followed with a gravel margin for expansion requirements ( on the sleepers ) as well as a decorative feature which matches the rest of the existing garden area 😍👌🏻
