Competition day for TBH

Team Bath Heart has won 2nd 🥈 place at the international Heart Hackathon!

The China Team, which included (from left) James, Leire, Adi, Aksharaa, Oskar, Amy, and Louca, were proud to represent the hard work of our 70+ members in Suzhou this past week at the ISMCS conference.

We brought our fully machined and smallest prototype yet (which fits 80% of female patients) to the final presentation which also included pitching our commercial pathway to the judges. The combination of our final report submission and presentation achieved this result and we could not be happier!

We want to thank University of Bath Engineering & Design at Bath, as well as our sponsors Autodesk Ansys Crux Keysight Oscilloscopes Brunner UK hooper_quinn_limited Mewburn Ellis and the Annett Trust for all their support and contributions to furthering the field of artificial hearts.
