Another exciting milestone in our continued growth across Europe as we officially welcome 'Remorques Noiset' as our newest Trailblazer partner, covering Belgium & Luxembourg!

We've been supplying customers across the region for several years now, and with demand continuing to grow, we wanted to make it easier for customers to see, purchase and get support for our products locally.

That's where Miguel Remorques and his team at Remorques Noiset come in.

With almost 60 years of experience in the trailer industry, Noiset is a well-established family business and a fantastic fit for Trailblazer.

As the manufacturer of a leading range of commercial BBQ trailers, grills and smokers, we usually see our trailers leave the factory brand new.

As much as we love sending them off to every corner of the world, there's nothing quite like seeing them at their final destination, doing exactly what they were built for 🔥

Here's a short clip of the Trailblazer 600 Streetmaster working hard for Tabs Grill as they cook up a storm at their event.

Low and slow smoking, high-speed grilling, and turning heads while it does it. What's not to love? We can almost smell the goodness from here 😋

From kerbside to commercial kitchen in minutes… The 1200 Streetmaster doing exactly what it was built to do.

Plan A fell through just over an hour before service. The 1200 Streetmaster didn’t miss a beat.

Daryl from Smoke on the Road had been booked to cater lunch for around 100 members of a film crew, with the original plan to set up within the grounds of the Ulster Museum

Then, just over an hour before service, the location fell through.

Anyone with crew-catering experience knows how quickly plans can change.

Thankfully, Daryl was as cool as a cucumber.

He quickly spotted an empty kerbside parking space, pulled the Streetmaster in, and got to work.

We stuck around to lend a hand and watched him transform a small roadside space into a fully functioning live-fire kitchen and self-serve station in about the same time most people would spend panicking.

This is exactly what Trailblazer is built for… anywhere, anytime, whatever the weather.

Watching 100 film crew members arrive to a “BBQ” lunch that looked nothing like what they expected was pretty cinematic in itself.

Daryl put on one heck of a spread, proving once again that with the right setup, “BBQ” can mean a whole lot more than burgers and sausages.

🔥 Winner Winner – BBQ for Dinner!

Congratulations to William, who won our recent competition and bagged himself one of the very first Trailblazer Ember grills off the production line.

It was great to welcome William to our factory to collect his prize and get a proper run-through of our new compact commercial tabletop BBQ.

We also caught up with William to hear what he thinks of his new prize:

“The Trailblazer Ember tabletop grill gives our new business start-up a dedicated cooking area for specialist grilling.

It’s easy to assemble, portable and gives us plenty of options when it comes to cooking. We can sear and add that authentic BBQ flavour to sous-vide prepared food.

It gives us the drama, smell and flavour of live-fire cooking, whether indoors in a restaurant or outdoors. A great compact, mobile BBQ!”

Issue 003 of 'The Stories of Our Trailblazers' is here, featuring none other than Andy Olive of Appy Days Catering

Andy has been a Trailblazer customer for over 10 years, and during that time he has returned again and again as the business has grown.

Today, Appy Days operates a whopping fleet of 7 Trailblazers.

But make no mistake, Andy’s route to where he is today has been anything but straightforward.

A food truck scam. An unsafe gas conversion. A catering van breaking down, leaving him stranded at the roadside. And, as if that wasn’t enough, a garage fire completely destroyed his first Trailblazer just days before one of the biggest events he had booked.

Andy’s journey has been a bit like a gruelling 12-round fight. Plenty of people would have thrown in the towel long before the championship rounds.

Andy didn’t.

This is a story about resilience, taking the knocks and refusing to stay down.
