Build was started in September 1996 as a partnership, we then formed a limited company in August 2003 and over the past three years have developed two renewable energy brands www.windturbine.ltd.uk and www.pvroofs.co.uk , as we have grown we found the need to look at our identity and decided early in 2012 that a single image and clear definition of departments and what we do was required. To that we formed a new company Maden Eco Ltd covering all construction and solar PV work within the group, also a name change to Eco Wind for our wind activities. This year (2012) has seen the building of our Renewable Energy Centre, Eco House on Kings Mount at Ramparts Business Park Berwick-upon-Tweed. This is a purpose built factory with sales, marketing, accounts, design and manufacturing space for all departments within the two companies and a firm platform for the next phase of our business development. Employing over 20 staff we are consultants, Building Technologists, Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors as well as technicians in wind, solar, electrical engineers backed by our NICEIC membership and competence at inspector level through to joiners, bricklayers and plasterers also undertaking slating and rendering. One of our strongest features is that we do not sub-contract any part of your project. It is our aim that by being diverse in all areas of renewable technology that we will still be here down the years to back-up our clients and support them regardless of what project we did at the time. It is also our objective to inform our customers of the other things we do as a company so that we may get the opportunity to work with you on some areas you were not aware that we did such as replacement windows, extensions, high access etc…
