At Nolan Oils, we believe great customer service is about more than simply making a delivery. It’s about being considerate, professional and looking out for the people around us.

Recently, we received a wonderful message from a member of the public after they encountered Adrian, one of our Nolan Oils drivers, while riding horses on a single-track road in Hogshaw.

With no safe passing places available, Adrian kept a safe distance and patiently waited while the riders made their way to a gateway before passing carefully and considerately.

It may have only been a few minutes out of Adrian’s day, but it made a real impression and the customer took the time to get in touch and let us know. 💙
