⚙️ Severely corroded pump spider bearing — reprofiled, recoated and approved for drinking water service.
This pump spider bearing arrived at our Birkenhead workshop in seriously degraded condition — severe corrosion with significant pitting clearly visible after blast cleaning revealed the true extent of the damage beneath.
What could have been written off as beyond repair was brought back to full specification — and drinking water approved service — using specialist Resimac composite materials and finishing systems.

Working in an industrial workshop environment based in Birkenhead, Wirral, UK as part of our small team, you will be working on various large & small metal items & components for blue chip organisations.
Tasks will include using industrial equipment & machinery to clean all types of metals & applying new protective coatings.
We would expect you to be a bright, healthy self motivated individual, some spray painting experience would be beneficial, (although not essential training will be given)- a hard working attitude alongside enthusiasm to learn are prerequisites to build your specialist career with us.
