Back over at elsenham, re building an existing single dormer. We changed the roof shape from a flat roof to a pitched roof. Fully insulated, and plastered. Nice job by Charlie at C.A.O plastering.

Over at our ongar job, there’s lots going on. Roof structure now finished, roofers are in, felt and battening, internal walls are going up and existing walls are coming down on the ground floor. Go, go, go.

Our Ongar job is one we will be taking into the new year. Roof is off, steels are nearly in, so we will start with the structural timber work in January. 4 new dormers to go up. First floor will consist of 2 bedrooms and a master bathroom, then downstairs will have a new kitchen, livingroom, 2 bedrooms and an en-suite.

Nearly there over at our Barnston job. We already completed an upper floor extension for this customer a few years ago. So this time we have created an open plan kitchen/ diner, structural steel work, underfloor heating, DIY online kitchen, tiling throughout and decorating. We have also completed the WC, hallway, livingroom, staircase, and 2 bedrooms.

One of our local jobs in church Langley. A complete garage refurb, 2 walls down to make an open planned kitchen/ diner, boiler move, new electrical consumer unit, new howdens kitchen, new windows and french doors, plastered and decorated. The existing garage has been turned into the new utility room. Nicely finished off with an amtico supplied and fitted by The carpet factory.
