A small part of the factory but one that makes a great difference! Our Jade punching tool helps with fabricating our Jack Aluminium Systems Ltd ID30 and SD70 systems.

Carrying out multiple operations from one machine helps us make better use of our factory space and keep production flowing, so that we can maintain consistency across every project we manufacture.

Since moving into our 70,000 sq. ft. Blackburn facility last August, it's been a busy few months for the team.

As we head into summer, we're focused on building on that progress. Expanding our offering and continuing to support the installers and contractors who trust us to deliver.

Recently, we visited Clayton Glass to see how their units are manufactured and the work that goes into maintaining quality and consistency throughout.

Visits like this are always valuable for us. They give us the chance to strengthen our partnerships and learn more about the products we supply - so that we continue building the knowledge that helps us support our customers.

A big thank you to Ryan Green, Ewan Green and the wider Clayton Glass team for taking the time to show us around and talk us through everything.

Great to see the operation up close and spend time with the team.

A couple of months back, we took a trip to the Eurocell headquarters to spend time with the team and get a first hand look at the scale behind their operation!

We reviewed the product range and took a tour of the impressive factory and distribution setup - a really valuable visit for our team.

A big thank you to Gary Driscoll, Steve Miller, Gary Doxey, Martin Marsh, Steve Kendrick, Tony Morrison and the wider Eurocell team for making us feel so welcome throughout the day.

We really value building strong relationships with our suppliers, and face to face visits like this are important. It's a part of making sure, we continue to move in the right direction together as we grow our uPVC offering 🤝

Big milestone for us 👇

We’re proud to announce that AluFold Windows is now an official fabricator for Eurocell

Over the past few months, we’ve been focused on investing in our new production line, carrying out extensive testing and refining the processes behind it. This now puts us in a strong position to deliver consistent, reliable uPVC to our installers and contractors.

A big thank you to Jim Hughes at Eurocell for his continued support throughout the journey, and to our sister company Unique Window Systems Ltd for the expertise and knowledge shared in helping bring this to life.
