Our14,283 sq. ft. uPVC factory takes our total manufacturing space to 70,740 sq. ft, giving us the capacity to increase production while maintaining quality and consistency.

From our BDM Cutting & Machining Centre, to quad welders, CNC corner cleaners and CNC beading machinery, our automation here helps us deliver accuracy at every stage.

We're proud to manufacture exclusively with Eurocell plc systems.

Our 56,500 sq. ft. aluminium factory is a space we’re proud of. It’s designed around a streamlined, linear production process that keeps everything moving smoothly and efficiently.

From a single aluminium profile arriving from our goods, in to a finished window ready for delivery - every stage happens right here with our people and the state of the art machinery in place.

We had a great summer party with the team and their families. It was a nice evening to switch off and spend some quality time together away from the factory.

With plenty of food and games, and some very enthusiastic karaoke - it was a brilliant evening all round! Thank you to Blackburn Rugby Union Football Club - BRUFC for a fantastic venue and lovely hospitality!

We’re proud of the team we’re building at AluFold Windows, moments like these are a great reminder that it’s the people that make our business what it is.

Last week we were in Leicester for our sister company Unique Window Systems Ltd' annual Golf Day. ⛳☀️

A really great day in the sunshine, catching up with some of the customers and suppliers who have been part of Unique’s journey over the decades.

Our first year of AluFold Windows has been a great one and having the experience and support of the Unique team behind us has helped us continue to grow and develop the business. We’re proud to be part of the Unique family and even prouder of the strong relationship we’ve built between both businesses.

A brilliant day all round - thank you to everyone involved!

The Solar eclipse is today and we are ready 🌒

We're usually all about maximising natural light with our slimline windows and doors, but for today we're making an exception!

We've got a box of ISO-approved eclipse glasses ready for the AluFold team as we prepare to watch this evening's solar eclipse safely. 😎

For today, forget the crystal clear views - the darker the lens, the better!

Tomorrow we'll be straight back to talking about slim sightlines and maximum light!

We’re looking for a Despatch Operative / Delivery Driver to join our AluFold Windows team in Blackburn.

This role is for someone who can represent AluFold on site for our installers. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in our work and look out for each other.

Captured by our work experience student, who has a real eye for photography, these behind the scenes shots showcase the care that goes into every order. Each product is carefully shrink-wrapped to help protect it before being loaded onto the van for delivery.

It's a small part of the care and attention that goes into every order before it leaves our factory.
