Spaces where you can breathe out 🌿

The vision was a completely re-imagined garden by the great Jane Holtham, with a number of distinct zones designed with rest and relaxation in mind.

Working on most of the hard landscaping, this home was sensitively brought into the 21st Century with a terrace, garden room, kitchen garden, Japanese garden, herbaceous borders, pond and lawn.

What actually goes into landscaping at this scale?

Far more than planting.

We completely reimagined the gardens at Tudor Mullions around the property's protected mature trees - because sensitive design is not a constraint, it's a guiding principle.

The result was a series of distinct spaces including a terrace, garden room, kitchen garden, Japanese garden, pond and herbaceous borders.

Individually, each space serves a specific purpose.
Together, they create a landscape designed for year-round interest.

This Nunhead renovation included structural alterations, a new roofing build-up, bespoke joinery and a full internal refurbishment.

Each phase was carefully coordinated to minimise disruption, while close collaboration allowed many details to be refined on site.
