Honouring the past while building for the future, this 1960s modernist home in Chislehurst was carefully refurbished and extended under the instruction of Charles Barclay Architects.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered - balancing preservation with transformation to create a space that feels both timeless and contemporary.

Featured in House & Garden magazine, this project was a testament to expert craftsmanship, meticulous planning, and a shared vision brought to life.
