And that’s a wrap for this one in Buxton! 🏁

We’ve finished up the prep work - floor is all self-leveled and ready for the tiling to start, walls are skimmed, and everything is looking sharp.

It’s been a great project so far. Now the space is ready for the fun part: tiles, paint, and the kitchen install, all in our customers hands now.

Looking forward to seeing it all come together soon!

Quick Buxton kitchen update.

Hands down to the lads today - absolute machines. 🌟

They’ve been at it for 12 hours straight to get this room skimmed in one go. It’s a massive push, but seeing the finish, it was 100% worth it.

Really proud of the effort they put in to get the job done right for the client.

Now for a well-earned rest!

Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with this 7-bed HMO! 😅

Feature walls stage started today - always feels good to get those done because it means the flooring is finally coming in.

The main kitchen is also moving along nicely, so it’s starting to look more like a home and less like a building site. Can’t wait to show you the finished look once the floors are down. 🏠🔨

Another long day in Buxton, but we’re getting there! 🛠️

The team’s been flat out today getting these walls prepped for skimming. It’s definitely one of those stages where it feels like a lot of hard work for one day, but seeing the walls finally ready for the finish makes it all worth it.

Nothing beats the feeling of a clean, prepped room. Looking forward to getting the plaster on tomorrow.

Busy day on-site in Buxton, Derbyshire

Giving this kitchen a massive layout change and a proper, solid foundation.

Here’s a bit of what are about to do:
✅ New MF ceiling system installed
🔆 Chimney breast modified to fit the new oven
⏳ Full boarding and plastering
⏳ Floors completely levelled out
✅ Brand new plumbing for the kitchen, radiators
✅ New gas lines
⏳ New wide sliding doors opening

It’s a messy stage right now, but the prep work is where the magic happens. Stay tuned for the finished look! ✨

Our 7-bed HMO project is looking sharper every day. We’ve just finished painting the whole property and the gloss work is currently being applied for that extra shine.

The bathrooms are nearly just a grout-session away from being ready for their new suites, and once the doors are hung, we’ll be moving straight into the second fix and installing the bedroom kitchenettes. 👷‍♂️
