The start of February I had the pleasure of taking on this new extension, weather was against us initially with all the rain,added to this was it was very tight for access😬the scope was to square the property off , knock down old extension, insert new load bearing steels to take 1st floor walls , build new ground floor walls & flat roof with bi fold doors to rear . Create open plan kitchen diner downstairs, all completed now ready for the lovely owners to continue with 2nd fix , decorating, floor & kitchen. Quite a transformation and a lovely open plan feel now. Really great customers & was a pleasure working with them👍 even in the thick of things with demolition & dust no complaints just endless supply of coffee 😀💪

Been a busy couple of weeks , taking roof off an existing kitchen & installing new steels to form an open plan kitchen & snug.
finally got all steelwork in now , lovely family home in meyrick park going to be amazing.

We are Currently busy on a project until mid November then have availability if anyone wants any jobs squeezed in before Christmas 👍

Few before and after pics of jobs we’ve completed recently, first pics are of an existing concrete patio we removed & replaced with porcelain with Jupiter grey slabs & a jet black grout.(1-11)
Next 2 are just of a parking bay we tidied up.next 2 are of a pathway we made wider by digging out the old soil & roots , then concrete finish & retaining wall built to retain soil .
Next batch are pics of old wooden decking that had rotten out , we removed this and replaced with new patio slabs making the garden much more user friendly, final pics are of a customers driveway that had a stone finish but was laid to deep making I’d difficult to use, so this was all taken and concrete put in its place with granite sets installed to make into bays.

After saying I wouldn’t take on any more larger jobs, I was comitted to this one . It’s been a pleasure to work with Beechvale construction to do the brickwork on these 2 houses in corfe Mullen . Luckily we’ve had the weather on our side 😎

Following on from the turf On Friday on a project project we’ve been doing , we finally got to put down the artificial grass and fencing up for our customers young lad to have a football pitch, a complete transformation of the end of the garden 😎good fun project we’ve really enjoyed and great customers, I’m sure he’ll be going to bed tonight tired after his kick around 😎⚽️⚽️🧤
