✨ Full Cottage Renovation Near Craven Arms ✨

We’re transforming this property into a beautiful two-bedroom cottage in the heart of the countryside near Craven Arms.

This has been a full structural renovation — removing all existing ground and first-floor structures and installing a brand-new concrete base. Additional concrete underpinning has been carefully formed to fully support the existing walls and ensure long-term stability.

Next up: stunning exposed oak flooring throughout 🌿

We’re also using traditional lime mortar, allowing the original stonework to breathe while creating a warm, dry, and energy-efficient home for our clients. A perfect blend of heritage craftsmanship and modern performance.

This is going to be an incredible cottage once complete — we can’t wait to share the finished result.

Another successful project completed in Stourbridge!

This single storey side extension may not have added huge width to the property, but it completely transformed the layout — creating a spacious new kitchen, a convenient utility area with WC, and even room for a front office space.

The result is a much more practical and open living space, and our clients are absolutely delighted with their new kitchen and improved home layout.

A great example of how smart design can make a big difference without a large footprint.

Happy New Year to all our followers… it’s been awhile since posting any of our jobs. However, we will try to be better this year! Started this job in late last year, just before the biblical rain fall. Back on site this week installing roof timbers, steel beams, floor joists, drains and lots more digging.
Praying for some more dry weather to complete the brickwork and get the main roof on. Keep you posted!

Sorry we’re busy.. too much to do and no time to post all our jobs , but here’s another job we’ve complete creating a new sun room from the existing out houses. Aluminium bifolds, portrait window and side door. Bricks are new but look great against the 1900s existing bricks.

Interesting bit of work today for our lads installing some Dragons to a roof and chimney pots. Tbh I think they look great but what do you think.. Let us know.

So, we’ve been on this for about 2months now building a large double storey extension in Stourbridge. Trying to get the right brick is important to us and although at first these didn’t look right, they are a great alternative supplied via Imperial Brick. Back this week to complete the chimney rebuild, gables to completion ready for the roofer. Then it’s all inside work.. this will create a very large kitchen, new utility, ground floor shower room, large bedroom and new family bathroom.

Another extension completed this time in Swindon. Removal of an existing conservatory and building a large rear extension for an additional living/dining area. New kitchen and utility included with separate toilet/study and store cupboards.

Another job completed in Stourbridge. Created a large shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. Entrance made bigger and lighter with fully glazed windows. New front door and a pitched roof above.

Socials are back at it again… Loft conversion proceeding well this time in Kinver. Creating two good sized bedrooms with separate shower room. We’re even installing a new kitchen!! Almost ready for the plasterers. more updates coming soon 👍

Today started with rain and some heavy steels. By lunch time sun was out and steel safely up the back of the house. Even the gaffer was onsite helping (or was that in the way😳)

It’s official!! We’re the Worst on social media. That’s ok, because we great at building extensions, loft conversion and new builds!! This is a large single storey rear extension with a massive Atrium and French doors with portrait windows at the rear.. from plans through to completion creating a fabulous Kitchen and Living area. Hoping our clients are happy as we are with the finished product.
