'We have worked with Dominic Marshall Construction for three substantial projects at our property, including a garage conversion to create a spacious bedroom accommodating a king-size bed, with additional storage housing the boiler, utility room facilities and a toilet/shower room. This was followed by a single-storey rear extension incorporating space for a log burner, and comprehensive landscaping works in the garden, including a raised Indian sandstone patio with pergola and a deep side log store.

Working with Dom and Meg throughout each project was straightforward and thoroughly positive. They were consistently professional, approachable and a genuine pleasure to have on site. The work areas were kept clean and well organised, with multiple options clearly explained at each stage, demonstrating real care and commitment rather than rushing the work.

They also worked exceptionally well alongside other trades, including renderers, plumbers, electricians and plasterers, ensuring the projects ran smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear and regular, with timely updates provided at key stages, which gave us complete peace of mind, along with arranging building inspections.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dominic Marshall Construction to anyone in the local area. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the standard of workmanship was excellent throughout.
