Transformation Tuesday: From Leak to sleek 🛁✨
We were recently called out to tackle a nasty leak that had caused some serious hidden damage. What started as a repair turned into a stunning bright and airy en-suite transformation!
The leak had rotted a section of the flooring and even traveled through to the kitchen below, requiring the ceiling to be cut out, replaced, and plastered. While we were at it, we decided to give this space the glow-up it deserved.
The original dark bathroom felt cramped and dated, so the goal was to make it feel twice the size.
What we did:
• ✅ The Dirty Work: Ripped out the old suite and rebuilt the damaged walls.
• ✅ Plumbing Rescue: Fixed some "questionable" previous plumbing to ensure everything is now rock-solid and leak-free.
• ✅ Modern Styling: Installed fresh, light grey metro tiles in the shower and behind the basin for that timeless look.
• ✅ The Upgrades: Added a sleek new close-coupled toilet and a high-output chrome heated towel rail.
• ✅ The Finishing Touch: Beautiful new wood-effect flooring to tie the whole room together.
