System conversion in Yate, Bristol

We removed the existing gravity system and installed a 250L unvented cylinder , paired with a Vaillant UK 424.

We set up the system with a Grundfos UPS 4 and 2 Honeywell zone valves to make it a S plan.

The result is a modern, efficient system capable of delivering excellent hot water performance and dependable heating throughout the property, while maintaining a clean and professional finish.

A lot of planning and attention to detail went into this one, and we’re delighted with the finished result.

🔥 Heating system upgrade in Yate,Bristol🔥

The existing back boiler and vented heating system were removed and replaced with a new sealed heating system featuring a Vaillant UK EcoTEC Pro 28 boiler installed in the loft space.

Scope of works included:
• Installation of new copper pipework throughout.
• Supply and installation of new radiators with thermostatic radiator valves.
• Installation of an EPH CP4 wireless thermostat.
• New gas pipework installed to current regulations.
• Full system testing and commissioning upon completion.

All waste materials were removed from site and the property left clean and tidy.

A complete modernisation of the heating system, providing improved efficiency, reliability, and heating control throughout the property.

🔥 Viessmann 100-W Hot Water Fault 🔥

Attended site to investigate reported hot water fault on a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W boiler.

Upon inspection and testing, fault was traced to a blocked plate heat exchanger along with additional debris and blockages present throughout the boiler system.

Works carried out as follows:

* Removed and replaced faulty plate heat exchanger
* Completed full strip-down service of the boiler
* Cleaned internal components and cleared identified blockages
* Reassembled boiler and carried out operational checks

Following completion of works, boiler was tested for correct operation. Hot water performance restored and boiler now operating correctly.
