A re-roof we did last year on this beautiful property in Thornbury. There were obvious signs of leaks coming through the old felt and deteriorating lead valleys so we replaced it with breathable roofing membrane and new lead! We re used the existing tiles to keep the properties character.

💥 Garage Conversion 💥

A recent garage conversion in Thornbury completed and what a great way to utilise the garage space and turn it into living space. From a small garage, tiny toilet and questionably built office space at the rear to a kids playroom, utility AND a shower/ bathroom!!

Boiler moved from the bedroom to the new utility room with help from Advanced Plumbing. New fuse board and electrics through out. Abutment cavity trays installed due to existing render failure. Bathroom installation and everything in between. The Customer wanted to do the finishing touches like skirting boards and fitting the utility units and the exterior walls will be rendered.

Really happy with how this project turned out and the customers were great to work with.

💥Timber framed extension 💥

As you can see from the first few pictures the existing shell of this building was rotten, not insulated properly and poorly built. We knocked it all down and re built using steel posts for structural strength and properly insulated so it could be a warm, safe useable room! New double glazing windows and doors supplied and fitted by DCL Windows and doors.

We finished this space with a Herringbone style laminate floor and created arches for the opening between kitchen.
