☀️🌭 Staff Summer BBQ Success at MJ Patch! 🍔🎉
What a fantastic afternoon in the sunshine as the MJ Patch team came together for our summer BBQ! 🌞 It was great to take a break, enjoy each other’s company, and make the most of the beautiful weather.
A big shoutout to our brilliant chefs for the day, Clive and Duncan, who kept everyone well-fed👨‍🍳🔥
Great food and plenty of laughs, it was the perfect way to celebrate the team spirit that makes MJ Patch such a brilliant place to work.

✨ A Great Week with Our Work Experience Students! ✨
We’ve loved having four fantastic work experience students with us this week, giving them a real insight into different areas of the business 👏
They had a jam-packed schedule spending time with our Draughting Team, Estimating Team, Project Management, and the Workshop, getting hands-on experience and learning how each department plays a vital role in delivering our projects.
One of the highlights was a visit to one of our live sites, where they could see everything come together in action – a great way to bring their learning to life! 🏗️ Each student also successfully designed and fabricated their very own steel stool from start to finish!
A big thank you to our teams for supporting them throughout the week, and to our students for their enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to get involved. We wish you all the best for the future! 🌟
