🏡 Another interesting renovation project completed!

We’ve recently had the pleasure of working on this well over 200-year-old cottage, helping to carry out some important structural work before the wider renovation could progress.

There was plenty to keep us busy on this one! 🔨

We were brought in to:
• Remove the old timber lintels and replace them with new concrete lintels.
• Carefully prop the existing chimney before removing all of the old fireplaces.
• Uncover three different-sized fireplaces, each one built inside the previous fireplace over the many years the cottage has stood.
• Rebuild a new fireplace using beautiful ashlar stone, ready for a new stove to be fitted.
• Divert the incoming water main to a new location, allowing the customer to completely flip the layout of the rooms from the front of the cottage to the back.

It was a really interesting project, especially uncovering the different stages of the cottage’s history and seeing how it had been altered over the years.

We’ve really enjoyed working on this one and can’t wait to see the finished renovation once everything is completed! 👌

✨ Another garden transformation complete! ✨

What a difference this project has made! We completely removed the old paving and walls before rebuilding the retaining walls and installing brand-new steps to create a fresh, practical, and modern outdoor space.

From the very beginning, we listened carefully to what our client wanted to achieve. By working together, we developed a plan that brought their vision to life while creating a space that’s both functional and built to last.

The best part? Our client is absolutely delighted with the finished result, and seeing their reaction makes all the hard work worthwhile.

The result is a garden that not only looks much bigger than before but is also incredibly low maintenance, giving the homeowners more time to relax and enjoy it without the upkeep.🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️

It’s always rewarding to see a space transformed into something that’s both beautiful and functional. We’re delighted with how this one turned out!😃

A recent landscaping project carried out including removal of existing shrubs and fencing. New dwarf brick walls including access steps, new fencing and reinstating garden area on completion. Another very satisfied customer. 👍
