After being contacted from a previous customer asking if I could help with his mother's house the central heating just kept freezing up having found the issue we took the boiler out . We'll jack the plumber did. We bricked up and installed insolation plaster boarded and placed a back board for the new boiler while this was being done we insulated the kitchen loft space with two lots of 100mm insulation and fitted a new loft hatch while doing this we noticed the cooker extraction just vented into the loft space so we were ask to fit a vent and while doing so we also fitted a new dry ridge for her also as all the old tiles were lose . One very now warm customer ps also fitted a few hooks and a washing line as she didn't have one 😀

Another one completed before Xmas from another regular customer with budget in mind but wanting a walkin shower we took the bath out and replaced with a corner shower that suites the customers needs also as it was fully tiled we took them off but saving the large built in mirror Nd plastered the room out and put a frame around the mirror we also fitted LVF and new basin and toilet.
