Tek Contracts Ltd is proud to have delivered a stunning new project for the Warwick University Terrace Bar! 🍸🍴

From reviewing the initial concept drawings to being awarded the project and completing the fit-out, we collaborated closely with the designers at Retail Experience Design and the university team to deliver a vibrant, functional space that enhances the experience for both students and staff.

The new Terrace Bar combines modern design with practical craftsmanship, making it the perfect spot to relax, socialise, and enjoy great hospitality.

A huge thank you to our talented team and all partners involved in bringing this project to life. Your dedication and expertise have made this a project to remember!

A NEW PROJECT BUILT BY | Twinglobe Office, Cockfosters, Barnet.

We are thrilled to unveil our most recent project. The team were engaged by Twinglobe to deliver their stunning head office based in Cockfosters, Barnet.

Working closely with Dean Waugh and his design team at , we delivered this new office space creating an environment most people would wish they could work in.

The team worked diligently to overcome a multitude of challenges, our contracts manager Brian Wilson utilising every trick in their toolbox to reinterpret the designs and execute efficient methods to deliver this stunning office.

We are thrilled with the outcome of the space and are excited to continue to building and delivering exceptional office spaces across the UK.

Congratulations to Keval Thakerar, Niraj Thakerar and the Twinglobe team on owning this remarkable project.

Project Flashback | The Hearing Care Centre Ltd, Ipswich, UK

Tek Contracts Ltd handed this project back to our clients The Hearing Care Centre Ltd a little over a year ago now.

This project was another old Barclays Bank makeover for us to complete. With the building left in a poor state of condition with plenty of work to be undertaken in a short space of time to get this project ready for handing over.

Designed by , every element of the building was carefully considered to elevate the existing property to be fit for its new purpose.

Huge efforts by all involved and our project delivery team.

Congratulations to the team at The Hearing Care Centre Ltd, this was another fantastic project for us to be involved with again.
