Crunchy and no im not on about the chocolate bar!!

Polaris ranger in due to crunching noises coming from gearbox

After stripping it, we can see a couple of bearings have been abit worse for wear and have exploded inside causing several of the crucial gears to be smashed/ chipped and damaged !

New parts ordered stay tuned for the rebuild of it!

Final Drive repair on this excavator

There was SO MUCH play in these gears that whey were twisting and causing them to lock up and cause damage as the motor was still trying to move the tracks

Afte replacing worn gears and bearings, customer stated i drives better then it EVER has !

After no read from all the main stream tools eg. Kess3, auto tuner, flex

We used out trusty back up kt200ii which got the job done lightly

Lorry now back to full power, out of limp mode!
