Dining room refurbished:

Dining room refurbishment I did for a customer in Berkshire area. Whole room was in a real sorry state and ceiling was on verge of collapse, ended up re insulating the ceiling as well as the old insulation was badly disintegrated. Customer was delighted by the end result and was looking forward to the new floor being installed.

Apologies I’ve not had the time to post:

Unfortunately I’ve not had a lot of free time on my hands to post on any social media platforms for quite some time. Most of my time for the last 5-6months has been in webinars and meetings and course videos updating my company for not only the new tax digital system but on all new updated regulations as well as educating myself on new necessary updates for my company, feels like I’m back in college again, I’m now happy to say that the new system is now up and running and looking forward to the future.

Flooring installation:

New floor installed in Cranleigh, always like installing new floors, always gives a nice clean finish to a room, especially when you get nice flow through multiple rooms, in this case we did 2 bedrooms and a landing. Really happy with the finish and customer very pleased with new floor and also happy I was able to remove old skirting cleanly so it can be re used and saving them the expense.

Utility room upgrade:

Had a lot of fun on this job in Liphook, upgraded an old farmhouse log store which was being used as a storage and utility room and changed it into a lovely utility/laundry room. All construction, plastering, carpentry and decorating carried out by Freeman Renovations.

Exterior render works carried out in Farnham last year, exterior walls were badly damaged weathering over time. Repaired the damage and applied new protective render coating to help prevent damage repeating.

No job too small:

Just a few of many small jobs carried out around Surrey over the last month in amongst all the crazy spring weather. Entrance repaint, exterior wall reconstruction, exterior window full reconstruction and new cill installation and finally freshening up done on some window cills. Bathroom wall and ceiling repair:

Had a bathroom job come in this month with a really bad flaking problem, all vents and heating working top notch so had to have been an issue with the surfaces, we scratched back and treated the main damaged areas before replastering all surfaces so at least were now working on a Fresh surface, standard plaster mist applied but as a rule of thumb nowadays we’ve started applying a couple of coats of anti mold paint before applying top coatings just as a extra precaution, top coated in bathroom sheen, nice easy turnaround with all parties happy with the finished result.

Bit of before and after:

Little exterior project undertaken before the weather turned back in September, along with all woodwork being repaired and repainted I also had time to make a nice job to the dulled metal features on the shutters and on the gate to give it a new lease of life. All works carried out by Freeman Renovations
