Master bathroom at is a quiet interplay of veined stone and warm timber, softened by natural light entering through the skylights above. Featuring a bespoke palette of materials, including Graniti Fiandre’s oversized Marmi Maximum tiles in 150 × 150 cm, bringing texture and calm materiality to the space.

The steps connecting old and new at
What looks like a typical split-level connection between two rooms is actually a concealed transition between two structurally independent buildings standing side by side.
Due to structural limitations, it was not possible to directly connect the new Baufritz extension to the existing house. The extension was therefore designed as a fully independent structure with its own external walls and roof.
A narrow insulated gap between the two buildings was concealed externally through detailed cladding and internally through two sets of steps (on the ground floor and first floor).

A dark colour palette with rich shades of brown, beige and cream combine with gold highlights to provide a touch of luxury and elegance.
