What does a managed renovation actually include?

It begins with the brief and the budget. Then come the sequence of work, trade coordination, material decisions, progress checks and final handover.

On our full property project, the client had one point of contact through the work rather than having to coordinate each trade separately.

The order of work can make or break a renovation.

A new kitchen cannot be fitted properly before the preparatory work is ready. Floors and final decoration need the messy stages to be complete. Every trade depends on the one before it.

Yesterday we gave you a little bit of the history behind Limitless.
Today, let's show you what Limitless Renovations actually looks like in practice.
This project was all about providing our client with a genuinely hands-off renovation from start to finish.
The brief was clear.
A specification.
A budget.
And a property that needed completely transformed and handed back ready for the rental market.
𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁, 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁.
The project included:
⚡ Full electrical rewire
🏠 Full plaster skim throughout
🍴 New kitchen
🚿 New bathroom
🪚 New LVT flooring & carpets
🎨 Full decoration throughout
But providing a full renovation service is about much more than carrying out the individual trades.
𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.
Organising trades in the correct order.
Managing the programme.
Sourcing and coordinating materials.
Keeping track of costs against the agreed budget.
Regularly checking in with the client and keeping them updated on progress.
Dealing with the inevitable problems that appear once a renovation gets underway.
And ultimately making sure everything comes together to the specification we've been given.
Instead of our client having to manage an electrician, plasterer, kitchen fitter, bathroom trades, flooring contractors and decorators separately, they had one point of contact responsible for the project.
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.
The before-and-after photos show the transformation.
But it's everything that happened between those two photographs that demonstrates what Limitless Renovations can offer.
At the end of the project, the keys were handed back with the property finished and ready to enter the rental market. 🔑
