A before and after of a knackered concrete driveway that we have transformed using brindle 60mm driveway pavers with charcoal border.
Channel drains and inset manhole lids.

A very complex and skilled job that we had to take on last minute due to the previous builder not having the knowledge in complex steelwork.
I always get customers asking me to
'Just knock this wall through'
And it is never just that simple most of the time.
As you can see from the pictures here it involves a structural engineer to calculate loadings, but then down to my team to get these beams in.
Props in correct places, foundations below checked and yes one wall being built on the yard which meant knocking down the wall, foundation dug and wall rebuilt.
Walls knocked down,
Steelwork in position on padstones,
garage door built up on new foundation, front entrance turned into a window,
massive opening to the rear of the property for bi fold doors and floors brought down or up to levels required.
Ready for the next trades to come in and do there bit.
A massive transformation to this house and even I can't wait to go back and see the end results.
The views are amazing as are the Clients.
Another job done right and on to the next.

A very busy few weeks knocking through to the existing building at the Dalston extension fitting steels in position, forming cast in situ padstones.
Then cutting in new windows into the existing house without breaking the existing render.
