🚀 A big step forward for patient experience at our hospitals!

Our Catering team has taken delivery of new tablet hardware and successfully launched electronic meal ordering (EMOS) on Tivoli Ward at Cheltenham General Hospital 🎉
Working in partnership with GMS colleagues and ACS Life, we’re trialling the system to make sure it works seamlessly for both patients and ward teams. This means more choice, greater flexibility and a smoother ordering experience at mealtimes.

🖼️ Bringing the Vale of Berkeley back to life 🌟

As part of the Image Guided Interventional Surgery (IGIS) project, five of the seven Vale of Berkeley artworks by Andrew Francis were carefully removed from the north corridor of the Main Block at GRH to make way for new site works, including the installation of a new door.

Thanks to great collaboration across the GMS Capital team and partners, the full seven panel series has now been thoughtfully repositioned and reinstalled along the north side of the corridor.

The artwork is once again on display as a complete set, bringing a sense of place, colour and calm for patients, staff and visitors to enjoy.

A brilliant example of attention to detail to preserve what matters while delivering essential improvements 👏
