Upgrade of the living room and kitchen 2m wide opening done over weekend to create a space for new kitchen and dining room. Stage 1 done now will get stage 2 started to make sure customers are getting that what they expecting from them property.

Bathroom untouched for 20 years, not everyone got money to do all brand new. We always try to find solutions up to the budget.
