We’re delighted to share the completion of this full renovation and extension project on Old Bath Road in Cheltenham.

The brief from the client was not only to improve the layout and bring more natural light into the property, but also to future-proof the home for long-term living.

Key elements of the project included:
• Rear extension creating a bright open-plan kitchen and living space
• Large sliding doors connecting the house to the garden and new decking area
• Rooflights to maximise natural light
• New ground floor shower room to improve accessibility and future usability
• Levelled floors throughout the ground floor with overlay underfloor heating, creating a seamless finish across the entire space
• Contemporary bathroom installation and internal upgrades

The result is a modern, light-filled home designed for comfort, accessibility, and everyday living.
