✈️Inspiring the next generation of aviation.
It was fantastic to welcome Dev Aviation and the students into our hangar for an engineering development day and give them insight into the people, skills and opportunities behind the aircraft.
From removing and dismantling components to putting them back together; the workshop gave participants the opportunity to develop practical skills in a real aviation environment while building confidence and connections along the way.
Our Managing Director also spent time with the group, sharing his own experience and insight into the industry, what to expect from a career in aviation and the different pathways available to those looking to build a future within it.
