A kitchen where every detail has been thought through. From the way the island works to the storage, hob and cabinetry, everything has its place and a purpose, without losing the character that makes the room feel special.

This kitchen was part of a Wheathampstead renovation that needed the biggest rethink. The original entrance came straight off the hallway, limiting how the room could be used. By closing that opening and reshaping the kitchen into a U-shaped layout, we were able to make much better use of the available space and create a stronger connection with the adjoining lounge. The wider ground floor was then tied together with pre-oiled herringbone flooring, while the surrounding walls and finishes were refreshed to give the new layout a much more complete feel.

Whole-home joinery makes each room feel connected, even when every space has a different purpose. From the kitchen and living areas to bedrooms, bathrooms and quieter corners of the house, the detailing carries through so the whole home feels like one complete scheme.

This Ealing home renovation continued with a second stage of work for returning clients, focusing on opening up the ground floor of their lounge and dining space. Opening up this lounge and dining room gave our returning clients the brighter, more connected living space they wanted. Removing the load-bearing wall allowed the two rooms to work together properly, while new glazed doors bring even more light through the ground floor. Matching grey oak flooring, fresh plasterwork and new skirting and architraves help the whole space feel continuous rather than like two separate rooms.

Somewhere for the TV, somewhere for the things you want on show, and plenty of storage for everything you don’t. The deep green cabinetry, brass hardware and display lighting make movie nights feel that little bit more special.

Sloped ceilings don’t have to mean losing useful storage. Built to follow the shape of the loft, these wardrobes make use of the full height where possible and tuck neatly into the lower angles, giving clothes and shoes a proper home without making the room feel crowded.

A five-bedroom Arts & Crafts home in Chorleywood, reworked through a whole-house renovation with bespoke joinery, new bathrooms and a complete redesign of the main living spaces. The interior was developed around a consistent material palette, using fumed oak, aged bronze, smoked-oak flooring and natural stone to give the house a clear identity from room to room.

The kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms were all treated as part of the same wider scheme, allowing the detailing to carry through without making every space feel identical. The focus throughout was on creating a home that feels well made, personal and comfortable to live in, with the craftsmanship becoming more noticeable the longer you spend in it.

A bedroom designed to keep storage working hard without taking over the room. The media wall is framed by full-height wardrobes, with a second run of wardrobes opposite giving plenty of space for clothes and keeping everything feeling neat and easy to use.

A games room should feel like somewhere everyone actually wants to spend time. For this London home, the joinery was shaped around that idea, making the most of the room without it feeling crowded and giving the family a space that feels fun, personal, and properly made for them.

Bath Road was transformed by us through a full downstairs renovation, taking the property from an unfinished shell to a complete kitchen, living space, bathroom and hallway.

The existing timber floor system was removed and rebuilt from the ground up using around 20 tonnes of material, with new insulation, a reinforced concrete slab, underfloor heating and liquid screed installed before the chevron flooring was laid throughout. We also managed the joinery, electrics, plumbing, plastering, painting and tiling, bringing each stage together under one team.

The kitchen was planned around hosting, with lighter cabinetry and tiles making the most of the natural light, while the darker island gives the room a clear focal point. Elsewhere, the dark green-panelled WC brings more character, while the hallway was kept light and uncluttered so the flooring could lead naturally into the rest of the home.
