After successfully completing a knock-through and RSJ installation for Dan at his previous property, he got back in touch after moving home and deciding he wanted to open up his new living space.

For this project, we carefully removed the load-bearing wall and installed a structural RSJ to create a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area. The result is a brighter, more sociable space that better suits modern living while maintaining full structural integrity.
