Exciting leadership news at Carbon ThreeSixty Ltd ! 🚀

We are thrilled to share that Nicholas Shotton-Gale has been promoted to Engineering Director! 👏

Having previously served as our Head of Aerospace—where he spearheaded advanced composite manufacturing programs—Nick will now lead the strategic direction and ex*****on across all engineering disciplines at Carbon ThreeSixty.

In his new role, he will integrate technical breakthroughs across all key sectors, including aerospace, defence, and automotive.

As the demand for lighter, stronger, and more sustainable composite structures continues to grow, Nick’s track record in bridging complex research with scalable production will be pivotal in driving our next-generation technical strategy.

We’ve had a fantastic week here at hosting Evan Cooper from School for his work experience placement! 🛠️💡

Evan joined us with a keen passion for engineering, and our team loved showing him the ropes—from initial concepts to hands-on advanced composite manufacturing.

For us, this week was about much more than just a placement. Investing in STEM Learning UK and building strong partnerships with our local schools is vital. By opening our doors to the next generation, we’re proud to showcase the world-class engineering opportunities available right here in the Chippenham community.
