Our latest production run of Carbon Fibre Aero Covers has officially cleared QC and is now heading out the door, destined for streets and race tracks across the globe.

Aerodynamics is about the tangible gains found in the margins. Whether it’s reducing drag for long-range EV efficiency or managing thermal airflow under gruelling track conditions, these covers are engineered to perform.

🔬Why Carbon Fibre?🔬

We didn’t just choose carbon for the aesthetic. By utilising a high-modulus weave and engineering in our Tailored Fibre Placement process (TFP), we’ve achieved:
Weight Reduction: A decrease in rotational mass compared to standard polymer covers.
Strength: Enhanced structural rigidity to withstand high-velocity debris and thermal expansion.
Efficiency: Optimising flow across the wheel arch, significantly reducing turbulent "dirty air."

As we close out 2025 its time to reflect on another fantastic year here at . We would like to thank all of our customers old and new. Our suppliers and those we have worked with over the past 12 months. But more importantly our staff, without whom we could not Engineer and Manufacture the fantastic products we produce.
