SRS had a great visit to the TEBUMO factory at the start of this week. It was fantastic for our sales team to get onto the factory floor and see first-hand the manufacturing processes behind one of the industry’s leading mould manufacturers.

A particular highlight was seeing the complete process under one roof, from design and engineering through to precision cutting, machining, fabrication, assembly, and painting. The investment in modern equipment, skilled personnel, and manufacturing excellence was evident throughout the facility.

The attention to detail and commitment to quality at every stage of production were clear to see, providing confidence that every mould is built to the highest standards.

Good to be back on site in Northern Ireland this week seeing the foundations and steelwork progressing for a new HESS Group RH1500-4 block and paver machine installation.

It’s always exciting to see a project moving from the planning stage into reality, with the groundwork now well underway ahead of the machine installation phase.

The RH1500-4 is recognised throughout the industry for its high production capacity, precision engineering, and reliability in demanding block and paving production environments.

Speaking to the main contractor on site, it’s good to hear, we are still on target to have the new machine up and running by late Autumn.
