Hagley Road Development Update 🏗️
We're making great progress at Hagley Road, with the superstructure now nearing completion. The final three gables have had their distinctive crease tile corbels installed, adding another key architectural feature to the development.
Roofing works are progressing well across completed sections, while the remaining roof structure, including dormers, valleys, hips and hand-cut roof details, is also nearing completion. Three detailed brick chimney structures have now been completed.
Once the roof is fully finished, rendering works will commence, followed by the removal of scaffolding and the tower crane. This will open up the site and allow the final phase of groundworks to progress.
Inside the building, ground and first-floor M&E first-fix installations are ready for closing-in once the structure is fully watertight. Following completion of the roof covering, the second-floor birdcage scaffolding will be removed, enabling internal partitioning and first-fix works to move forward. Window and door installations across all floors are also due to begin shortly.
A significant milestone achieved, with momentum continuing across all areas of the project.
