Aircare Advent day 1...
’Twas the first day of Advent, when all through the room,
The Aircare team gathered, dissolving the gloom.
And what better place to start this festive show,
Than with the very people who keep Aircare in flow.
Managers shared highlights from the year’s busy race,
And visions for 2026 began taking place.
Wendy stood proudly, re-telling our story,
Nearly 35 years of Aircare in all of its glory.
She spoke of BCAS and her presidency role,
And what this new chapter will mean as a whole.
We talked about values, the heart of our brand—
What it means to stay independent and proudly family-run.
Not just in name, but in how we show care,
How we work, how we grow, and the culture we share.
Then off to a carvery, all merry and bright,
With plates stacked like chimneys and spirits alight.
And there at the table, between laughter and tea,
It was clear: Aircare isn’t just colleagues—it's family.
(Though, unlike Christmas family gatherings you may know,
No one fought over crackers… or at least didn’t let it show.)
’Twas a day full of purpose, of pride and good cheer,
A perfect way to start Advent and round off the year.
