We are a bespoke timber frame manufacturer and Kingspan TEK delivery partner based in Perthshire, Scotland.

Rob Roy Homes has been operating in the construction industry since 1974. We design, manufacture and supply timber frame buildings across the UK, and are uniquely suited to the small builder and self-build customer's needs.

It’s great to see this beautiful home now finished and to see the results of all the hard work that has gone into bringing it together.

For this project, we supplied our bespoke open panel timber frame system, designed and manufactured at our purpose-built facility in Perthshire. Our open panel system offers flexibility in design, allowing each timber frame to be tailored to suit the individual project and the customer's requirements.

The main contractor, MacGregor Building Services, have done a fantastic job bringing the project to completion.

The home was designed by Fife Architects, with windows and external doors supplied by NorDan UK

It’s always rewarding to see one of our timber frame projects progress from the manufacturing stage through to a finished home.

It’s been a good couple of months at Rob Roy Homes, with kits heading out from our factory to sites all over the UK!

As a timber frame manufacturer, we design and manufacture each kit to suit our customers’ individual projects, meaning no two timber frames are the same.

Looking back at a fantastic project we were involved in back in 2024.

Designed to bring family closer together, this home is split into two separate apartments. Our customers’ daughter and her family live in the ground-floor apartment, while our customers enjoy the first-floor apartment.

For this project, we supplied our full timber frame package, including structural components, windows and external doors, roughings and finishing components.
