⭐⭐ New Major Project Underway in Maidstone⭐⭐

We’re incredibly excited to be working on a landmark development in the heart of Maidstone town centre - the transformation of a stunning historic Art Deco building on the River Len.

The project will deliver 80 luxury apartments and 10 retail units, breathing new life into an iconic building in a truly beautiful riverside setting. We’re delighted to be working alongside the excellent team at Brickhill Construction on what will be a standout addition to the town.

🏁 Bicester Motion H137 Hangar Rejuvenation for TeamSport

CT Walters Electrical is proud to have been involved in the rejuvenation of a former aircraft hangar at Bicester Motion, transforming it into a purpose-built go-karting venue for TeamSport.

The project included a full mechanical and electrical installation, alongside fire alarm systems and a high-voltage transformer installation, supporting the safe and reliable operation of this high-energy motorsport facility.

A fantastic example of breathing new life into buildings within one of the UK’s most exciting automotive destinations.

⚡🏡 We were thrilled to design and deliver a bespoke solution for this challenging flat-roof project in Oxford.

The installation includes a 10kWp solar PV system with 20kWh battery storage, using a non-penetrative, ballasted flat roof system to protect the roof structure while ensuring performance and long-term reliability.

🏛️ East Oxford Community Centre Project Complete!

CT Walters Electrical is proud to have delivered the mechanical and electrical package for the East Oxford Community Centre, working alongside the ODS Group and Oxford City Council.

The project included a comprehensive M&E installation, alongside a 21kWp solar PV system installed on a standing seam roof, plus fire alarm systems and access control installations, supporting a safe, efficient and sustainable community facility.
