Another media wall completed for Luxe Finishes

This one featured a floating unit with a built-in electric fire, LED lighting underneath and around the TV back panel, finished off with acoustic slat panelling either side

Really happy with how this one turned out — the lighting gives it that extra touch and makes a real feature of the room 👌

(I did clip the cables up 😂)

Howdens Oak Dordogne Doors 🔨

Last week I fitted 4 solid Oak Dordogne doors, 2 glazed doors and a bespoke under-stair door

Back today to fit lovely antique brass ironmongery

One of the doorways i had to resize too to with a new set of standards to bring the size in to match the rest of the hall way

The under-stair door was a bit more involved, using a donor door to take the top rail from, allowing me to match the existing design and keep everything looking consistent.

A bit of extra time & fiddling around but the finished result is worth it 👌

Wow what a transformation!

After a long wait the toughened stair glass has arrived

Whilst we were waiting on the glass a few trades had been in to do their part

Shannon Decorators had been in transforming the look of raw oak with a nice varnish

The carpet fitters had been in to lay the landing & stair carpet that was finished in a nice dark grey

Flooring complete🔨

Thats the herringbone flooring complete anyway. Id have hoped to get the skirting on today but unfortunately theres been a delay in the delivery so ill be back to fit them once it arrives & also cut the skirting blocks in

Some nice & big 195mm skirtings to go on, by far the biggest I will have fitted but should look amazing once its complete!
