Last few days work taking shape

We manufactured the kit panels for this extension and also erected them ✅

Insulation has been put in between studs ✅

The roofs timber work complete ✅

Framing for the exterior cladding ✅

Soffit and fascia ✅

Window frame installed ✅

Rotten Sunroom taken down and replaced with an insulated timber kit + a one piece rubber roof with the same dimensions✅

The old sunroom timbers were rotten and causing leaks inside so the customer contacted us in regards to rebuilding it

We done all the building work from downtakings to any finishing work (windows and floor to be fitted still)

Lights and sockets were added making the space much more usable (fitted by Paul Steele Electrical Services)

Partition built to separate the lift room from the toilet

In this small project we added a small window to allow the natural light to fill the room ☀️

Little porch transformed 🪟

Windows removed and an insulated timber kit constructed while keeping the roof in place.

We installed 2 tall PVC windows and a very nice PVC door aswell as some PVC cladding to give the house that modern look ✅

The roof covering was stripped back to plywood and a rubber roof installed to stop those unwanted leaks 🏠

50 metres of fencing done

We do full builds, extensions, kitchens, doors, fencing/decking and any sorts of home improvements there’s no job too small

Conservatory taken down and an insulated extension built in its place☀️

This sunroom originally had temperature problems during the colder months making it almost unusable therefore they have gained a much larger amount of all year round useable space as-well as 2 small velux shafts letting in that natural light
