This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of one of Ireland's fastest-growing M&E labour providers, supporting major projects across Ireland and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Speaking with our teams of electricians, pipefitters, welders, supervisors and general operatives
✅ Uploading qualifications and certificates on our systems
✅ Booking workers onto projects and coordinating site inductions
✅ Managing compliance documentation and training records
✅ Liaising with clients and generating new sales
✅ General office administration and data entry
✅ Maintaining databases and preparing reports

What We're Looking For:

✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Administration experience
✔ A positive attitude and strong work Ethic
✔ Experience working with Construction / Subcontracting companies is desirable

The vision has always been bigger than labour supply and package pricing.
