Area Sales Representative (Newcastle and surrounding areas)

- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a sales portfolio
- Confidence in prospecting, lead generation, and winning new business
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
- A passion for sales, with the determination to succeed and deliver results
- The ability to champion and sell a premium product, focusing on quality and value
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM software
- The capability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team
