We were the creator of the ‘Fume Cupboard Hospital’ allowing for the timely care, repair and renovation of existing equipment and we carry a full range of parts for all major UK specification fume cupboards. HFH moved from Leeds to Dewsbury, West Yorkshire in 2025 to allow for greater expansion and we provide our services throughout the whole of the UK, utilising our own dedicated, highly trained service engineers. We provide an extensive range of laboratory fume cupboards, extraction equipment and laboratory equipment and laboratory furniture. We strive to continually develop and improve our products, incorporating modern materials and design concepts to increase both function and longevity of all equipment within our range. Our service division Holliday Technical Services (HTS) can perform scheduled preventative inspections and maintenance on your Local Exhaust Ventilated (LEV) fume cupboards and extract systems regardless of make or model to comply with C.O.S.H.H regulations and we can provide a detailed report showing the results of the tests carried out, the current conditions of your units and we can provide recommendations for your future service needs. We can also respond to breakdown of fume cupboards, supply replacement parts as required and repair equipment onsite or bring it back to our ‘Fume Cupboard Hospital’ here in Leeds, West Yorkshire for offsite work to be carried out. HTS carry out fume cupboard and LEV testing, preventative maintenance, and servicing in accordance with COSHH, BSEN 14175, BS 7989 (HSG258) and BB:88, using our own in house, full-time employed engineers, to provide services throughout the UK. We can offer these services for any UK, European or US manufactured product that are designed to meet the current standards and regulations. Inevitably over time your fume cupboards, fume extract systems and fans may no longer function adequately and may require replacing or upgrading. HTS as a Licensed Waste Carrier and our highly skilled engineers are trained to safely remove from site and dispose of your redundant equipment. The items will be safely disposed of, although ever aware of our duty to the environment, where possible, we endeavour to reuse parts of the fume cupboard or fans in one of our used or refurbished projects, designed to help businesses who cannot always afford the purchase cost of new equipment. We currently have in stock more than 40 refurbished fume cupboards and associated equipment, which is sometimes a more viable option to a new installation. All used / refurbished fume cupboards are supplied with a 12 month guarantee when they are delivered and installed by our engineers.
