David Hardie Engineering Ltd are urgently seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Foreman to join our team due to a strong pipeline of secured work.

This role is suited to someone who can step straight onto site, take control of operations, and deliver works safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead site teams on active civils projects
Manage day-to-day site operations to meet programme targets
Ensure full compliance with H&S, RAMS, and quality standards
Coordinate labour, plant, and materials effectively
Liaise with Site Management, Clients, and Subcontractors
Maintain accurate site records and reporting

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman in civil engineering
Strong background in drainage, roads, and general groundworks
Ability to manage teams and drive productivity on site
SSSTS or SMSTS
CSCS card
Full UK driving licence
