Scribe, Defilm, Cut, Repeat 🔁
Defilm is needed on rusty pipe in a 3kW tube laser to help remove surface rust, dirt and contaminants before cutting. Rust can affect how the laser beam interacts with the metal, leading to inconsistent cutting and poor edge quality.
