One of the toughest jobs in tyre recycling: foam-filled OTR tyres on bonded steel rims.

This new upgrade kit uses large external rollers to roll the tyre true while the blade makes two precise cuts, peeling the tread like a lathe.
The foam core is then removed by forklift, and the sidewalls are hydraulically pushed from the rim.
