A fantastic transformation completed this week, taking this driveway from a bare excavation to a high-quality, fully permeable tarmac finish.

🟢 Full excavation of the existing driveway
🟢 150mm Type 3 permeable sub-base installed and compacted
🟢 New ACO drainage channel and soakaway system installed
🟢 Charcoal block paving edging installed throughout
🟢 New key kerb entrance steps installed to match the border
🟢 50mm binder course machine laid
🟢 30mm surface course machine laid and fully compacted

The customer rang a few months ago,
D&L priced accordingly for the works involved but the customer went with the cheaper option..!
Now the problems begin, I don’t know where to start with this absolute garbage you can see in the pictures how bad it is..!
I can’t stress enough PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK because you pay cheap you pay twice.

Now let’s get this job done right 💪🏻 and give them a garden they can enjoy ☀️😎
