𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸: engineer and fabricate a permanent architectural sign in GRP. ✍️

With dimensional stability, durability and compatibility key to the specification, our team worked closely with the project’s senior designer to develop the solution.

Using CNC milling, we created a master pattern with defined rendering lips around each letter to achieve crisp, clean edges.

Let's talk about one of our manufacturing processes: Trimming & Drilling.

Most fibreglass mouldings are green trimmed in the mould before receiving a light sanding once released.

For applications requiring greater precision, mouldings are marked using a jig and trimmed with a diamond wheel - producing clean, consistent edges and a more accurate final fit.

Achieving the best possible finish is essential - and every product is treated that way. 👌
