Bespoke/Custom HALF BUILD - what's a half build? Well, it's like a half blood - extremely clever and resourceful, however - you do need to bring some of the magic!! This is the specification that's reserved for those handy themselves, who want the guaranteed construction of G&M but are happy to fit out the insulation and lining themselves. This can reduce the overall project cost quite significantly and, yes time is money, but if you're restricted on budget - then maybe give some time. We've got full instructions on how to Insulate and line your G&Ms yourself - check out the learning centre for more Info.

Still trying to work out which garden room company is the one for you?

Understandable. There are SO many out there right now.

I've just reviewed Garden Rooms by Creative and to be honest, they've got a lot going for them. Internal electrics, laminate flooring and a concrete base all included. Love to see it!

BUT. There are some pretty important things they're not telling you. And when you're buying a garden room in Scotland, those gaps in the spec could mean the difference between a cosy retreat and a chilly space that doesn’t survive the winter.
